Description

Concerns are sought having ability to provide outpatient assessment and counseling sessions for transitional drug abuse treatment services for male/female Federal offenders in or near Dania, Florida, held under the authority of various United States Statutes. A firm-fixed unit price requirements type contract is anticipated with a one year base and four one-year options. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Dania, Florida area. Performance period for the base year is October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. The base year and four one-year options shall include services for 56 inmates as follows: one intake assessment for 10 inmates; 48/30-minute individual counseling sessions; 48/30-minute group counseling sessions; 12/30-minute family counseling sessions for 6 inmates. Estimated RFP issue date is June 30, 2001. Estimated close date is August 15, 2001. Valid program licensure and/or certification in the state of Florida is required.
