Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following radar altimeter: 1) Radar Altimeter, Part Number: HG8505DA06, quantity -- 3. This requirement is sole-sourced to Honeywell, Sensor, and Guidance Products, 2600 Ridgeway Parkway, Minneapolis, MN 55413-1719 as the only vendor able to provide this product as a direct replacement part. Any firms believing that they can provide this product may submit a written response, to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
