Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to do a sole-source contract to Orbit/FR Horsham, PA for Antennna Polarization Positoner AL-360-1P30, qty 1 each; Positioner Controller AL-4806-3A Option 1, qty 1 each; Connectorized Control cables, qty 3 each; Coaxial Rotary Joint RJ12L, qty 2 each; FR959plus Software Upgrade (Antenna) w/one year support, Part #959plus-SU10, qty 1 each; Synergy Dual Positioner Controller Driver, Part #959plus PC13. Orbit/FR has the only known hardware that varies the azimuth position of antennas under test and is completely compatible with existing custom software. Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13 will be used. No formal solicitation will be issued. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
