DESC: 1005-01-392-6194, Part Number 12540412, The item to be procure is the Breech Bolt for the M249 Machine Gun. This is a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirements contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,000 each Breech Bolts. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 19 June 2001. This solicitation is restricted to FN Manufacturing Inc., 797 Clemson Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29229, Colt's Mfg. Company Inc., P.O. Box 1868, Hartford, Connecticut 06144-1868, and General Dynamics Weapon Systems Inc., 291 North Street, Saco, Maine 04072-0890. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil.
