Description

Sponsorship opportunity is available for the 88th Services Division's 10th Annual Golf Scramble to be held Friday, 27 Jul 01 at the Prairie Trace Golf Club, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The event is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start. The teams consist of four players and it is anticipated that there will be approximately 150 participants. Breakfast will be available before the event from 7:00 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. and a pig roast luncheon and awards ceremony will take place after the tournament is over. Requesting sponsorship in the form of funds or in-kind products to enhance programming. This includes, but is not limited to cash, food, beverages, and golf related items to be given away as door prizes. Sponsor benefits include exposure through logo placement on all event promotional materials and signage in the form of banners the day of the event. The event can create positive public awareness and brand identification. All offers submitted will be considered. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government.
