THIS IS A CORRECTION NOTICE TO AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF 5-17-2001 FOR THE RENOVATION OF BUILDING 3 -- FOR AN EYE CLINIC AND BUILDING 2 -- FOR A WOMEN'S HEALTH CLINIC AT THE VA MEDICAL CENTER, SALISBURY, NORTH CAROLINA. This is an 8(a) set-aside procurement and all requests for bidding documents shall be submitted to the General contractor selected as the "Prime" 8(a) contractor. The General Contractor for this 8(a) procurement is: GLOBAL Construction, Inc. PO Box 1637 Kinston, NC 28503-1637 All subcontractors' bids will be submitted directly to the 8(a) contractor. If interested in reviewing the plans/specifications they will be available from the contractor on or about 5-25-2001. Please do NOT request these documents from the contracting officer listed in this advertisement since this is an 8(a) set-aside procurement.
