Description

The U.S. Army Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to issue a Solicitation for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to construct picnic area latrine at Fort A.P. Hill, Bowling Green, Virginia. This project will be Firm Fixed Price with performance period 120 days. Work consists of but not limited to the construction of a 400 square foot building; furnish and install a new 15 KVA, pole mounted transformer; furnish and install approximately 900 LF of 8" gravity sanitary sewer and 900 LF of 3" forcemain; furnish and install approximately 700 LF of waterline; provide select fill to establish adequate drainage; provide finish grading, top soil and seeding. The magnitude is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. The SIC is 1542 with a size standard 17.0 Million. The approximate release date is June 15, 2001.
