Single award term contract for the period of 10-01-01 to 09-30-02. Pamphlet, 8-1/2 x 11", printing in two or five colors including 4-four process and saddle wire stitch. Anticipating 4 to 6 orders per year for 4,000 to 5,500 copies of 32 to 52 pages per order. Operations include binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Copy pickup in the Washington, DC area.
