Description

Single award contract from 7/1/01 to as late as 6/30/03 for various Government agencies. Contract is for production and delivery of short-run multipart sets: approx. 110 orders per year. Detached form sizes up to 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11"). Required contract operations include copy pickup of furnished materials, manufacture of multipart carbonless sets with and without stubs and carbon interleaved sets with stubs, typesettting, proofs, printing, drilling, numbering, padding, packaging and delivery. Ten- to 15-workday production required.
