Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS),Office of the Inspector General (OIG), is seeking experienced Hubzone, 8(a), and Small Business firms to provide the physical facilities, customer contact and call center management personnel to operate and manage a customer services operation that receives calls through an existing and well publicized toll- free number.
