Description

USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the execution of a combination of laboratory and field experiments in conjunction with available data and ongoing research work to determine primary linkages among plant community dynamics and function with future plant community predictability. Period of service will be no later than 31 July 2002. This proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Historically Black Colleges and University, and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs. Request for DACA42-01-T-0105 will be issued on or about 30 May 2001 with a closing date of 18 June 2001.
