Description

475,000 domestically produced woven white polypropylene sandbags printed with a 4 inch Corps of Engineers logo and text on two sides with attached ties on the exterior of the sandbag. Options for 2 color red and black, 1 color red, 1 color black are solicited. The options may or may not be awarded. Any special tooling developed for the printing will become government property at the time of contract closeout. Bundled in lots of 1,000. Bundles packaged in covered 4'x4'x8'wood containers marked with the quanity on all four sides in 4" numbers. Specifications will be provided. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business only. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 422990, size standard-100 employees for wholesalers and 314911, size standard-500 for manufactures. This procurement must comply with the Buy American Act. The apparent low offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contract award will be made until this requirement is met.
