Description

This is a sole source synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation SP4700-01-Q-2021 is issued as a Sole Source Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 97-25. The associated NAICS code is 541512 and small business size standard is $18 million. The Defense Automatic Addressing System Center is responsible for routing and delivery of vast volumes of business transactions between Department of Defense Agencies and Industry. DAASC has a requirement to purchase the following equipment to bolster the Dayton Storage Area Network. These items supplement a General Schedule Order SP4700-01-F-0078 issued to Storage Area Networks, Castle Rock, Colorado. Amer NEMA L6 30P for 1-TB Useable DASD using STK 9176 and 72 GB drives w/4 SPs; 16 each 8912998301 Short Wave Optical GBIC, 16 each 8912999103 10M 50 Micron SC Duplex, 1 SW-200008-01 Quick Loop for 1-4116 (16 port Brocade switch) @ Dayton, Ohio; 1 each 10083311 SCSI Cable 64M-64M MicroD, 15 each Meter, 5 MEDCLNT-98CL 9840 Cleaning Tape, 1 each MEDLABL-98CL 9840 Cleaning Labels for 1-L180 w/4 9840 drives w/expansion and media @ Dayton, Ohio; 5 each MEDCLNT-98CL 9840 Cleaning Tape, 1 each MEDLABL-98CL 9840 Cleaning Labels for 2 9840 drives w/media @ Dayton, Ohio plus professional services.
