This is an unrestricted acquisition with preference for SDB. Delivery schedule is 150 days. This contract action is for supplies which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304c(1). Approved sources are: HUNTER PROTECTIVE SYSTEMS (1FYM6)Part Number FFA-580A-100. Notes 9 and 22 apply.
