FOB Origin to New Cumberland, PA; Texarkana, TX and Stockton, CA. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 10 each, 375 Days after Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until completion. First Article Test Report is due 288 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 300 DACA and 10 each per month thereafter until completion. The approved sources are Boeing/McDonnell, Mesa, AZ (Cage Code 8V613); The Purdy Corporation, Manchester, CT (Cage Code 15152); and Derlan Precision Gear, Inc., Bedford Park, IL (Cage Code 22907). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
