Description

FPC00350000654 NSN -3040-01-118-6179 IAW General Electric drawing 07482 9182M13, revision J, part number 9182M13G04. This requirement contains a First Article Test with waives sources; General Electric (07482), ACR Industries (57152). First Article Test Report is to be submitted to this buyer as noted in the RFP. This solicitation if for an RFP and hard copies are not available. Copies of this RFP are available on the internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp after 30 May 2001. Written requests for drawings are to be submitted to Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN DSCC-VTCD, PO Box 3990, Columbus, Oh 43216-5000; by fax 614-692-2998. Requests should include IFB/RFP/RFQ number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request number(YPC/FPC), buyer's name and your complete name and address. Federal, Military and Commercial Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. Deliver 40 each to Texarkana, Tx within 435 days after date of contract. First Article Test report is due 120 days after date of contract. An 100% option is included for this procurement. While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
