Description

This project is a Request for Proposal to obtain the services of a Maintenance Mechanic for the Blackwell Civilian Conservation Center. The Center is located approximately 5 1/2 miles southeast of Laona, Wisconsin via County Trunk H. The Center is divided into two sites, an administrative site consisting of ten (10) building constructed of wood and/or metal and a residential site which consists of fourteen (14) buildings constructed of wood and/or metal. The Contract time is a base year and four (4) option years. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,00. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
