Description

This project is for roofing replacement which includes removing the existing roofing, checking and replacing defective flashing, installing metal drip edge, installing underlayment, installing ice and water shield, and installing 3-tab self-sealing composition shingles that carry a 25-year warranty. Projects are located at the Baldwin Ranger Station and the Wellstion Work Center on the Huron-Manistee National Forest in Lake and Manistee Counties in the state of Michigan. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
