Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to complete the project. Work includes but not limited to general construction, alterations, asbestos abatement, plumbing, medical gases, fire protection , HVAC, electrical, and necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items for constructing approximately 2,850 SF of new space and renovating approximately 5,950 SF of existing space. All work is to be in strict accordance with all applicable codes and contract drawings and specifications. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Bidding material will be available on or about 5/25/01. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set, in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs is required to obtain bid documents.
