Description

Work under these projectsd consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and icidentals necessary for the repair/remodel of three homes and the construction of two new homes. All construction to be in accordance with Bureau of Indian Affiars, Home Improvement Program, Category C and B Guidelines. Total construction cost of new homes between $25,000-$75,000 and costs of remodel homes between $20,000-$50,000. Due to these projects being private homes, not a public dwelling, the Davis-Bacon and Miller Act do not apply. All projects are being solicited and awarded separately. RMB00010004 is a remodel in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma. RMB00010005 is a remodel in Anadarko, Oklahoma. RMB00010006 is a remodel in Pawnee, Oklahoma, RMB00010007 is a new home in Apache, Oklahoma and RMB00010008 is a new home in Pawnee, Oklahoma. bids are to be publicly opened on Monday, June 18, 2001 at 3:30 pm., central time, in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office.
