Description

The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office, laboratory, and related space totaling approximately 105,000 rentable square feet. Rentable space must yield approximately 51,000 usable square feet of office and related space, and approximately 26,000 usable square feet of laboratory and related space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The initial tenant will be the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service. Space offered must be in a newly constructed building to be located in the Natural Resources Research Center, Site D, 2150 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado.
