Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITAITON WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 2224001 is being issued as a request for quotation for the following: Proof Paper, neutral image, Dupont Dylux code 535-1, coated on one side, Size 30" x 40" Packaged 200 sheets per box. Control code 127310. Contains irritants therefore a completed Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided at time of delivery or 5 days prior to delivery to the attention of the contracting officer. QTY of 50 boxes. Delivered to U.S. Government Printing Office, Central Receiving, 44 H St., NW, Washington D.C. 20401. Indicate F.O.B. Destination on quote ( shipping and handling charges included in price). Evaluation is based on best price, delivery and quality. Quoters are to provide their proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms and be signed by an authorized company representative.
