Description

This requirement is intended to be awarded as a sole source procurement to Horizon Technology of Atkinson, NH as they are the only known source to be able to provide all the required attributes of this requirement stated as follows:Automated Extractor System including controller, 4 extractors, disk holders, cap adapters, adapter for 40ml VOA sample collection vessel, taper, erhlemeyer flask, mounting clamp, liquid handling kit, solvent and water waste system, proper solvent manifold configuration. Also requires on-site installation, preprogramming of EPA methods, purge function to prep extractor between sample runs, multiple pre-wet and rinse steps, must dispense up to 5 pre-wet and 3 rinse solvents to condition & extract disk, compression fittings for solvent compatibility, automated solid phase extraction system that automatically dispenses all solvents and automatically rinses the sample bottle miltiple times with the required solvent, must provide consistent and precise analytical results and provides control of the necessary air dry step when performing oil and grease extractions.
