Description
The 10th Air Base Wing, Operational Contracting Office (LGCB), USAF Academy, CO, 80840-1243 is issuing this synopsis for solicitation F05611-01- T-0003. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. Statement of Objective for Security, Access Control, and Time/Attendance Accounting. General: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, services, and transportation necessary to provide and install close circuit television monitoring capabilities providing electronic security monitoring of exterior entrance doors and loading dock areas, access control hardware/software, badging system, and fingerprint scanners to be used for time and attendance accounting. Basic Service/Design: Provide a closed circuit television and video surveillance security system capable of interior and exterior color at various locations to meet situation requirements. Cameras must possess the ability for 360-degree pan/tilt rotation and motion sensors. One closed circuit television 16 channel multiplexer, one real time VCR, and two 14" color monitors to allow viewing and recording. Cable installation, power supply, and hook-up from each camera will be located in room 2017, Building 2350, Mitchell Hall. Access Control System: Provide electronic access control system including software, power supply, and three card readers installed on the three security doors. Provide and install electric door locking hardware, and 1000 video cards. The badging system includes software, printer, and camera. This system will be located in room 2017, Building 2350, Mitchell Hall. Time and Attendance: Installation of four fingerprint scanners installed in Subsistence Warehouse, Vegetable Preparation, Bakery, and Kitchen. All fingerprint scanners are wired back to a customer provider PC located in room 2017, Building 2017, Mitchell Hall. Line Item 1: $ _____________________________________________________. Acceptance is performed at the work site with destination as the FOB point. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2; Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with the following factors used for award: 1.) Offeror must meet all statement of work requirements as a minimum. Price is included as an evaluation factor to determine price fair and reasonableness, however price is not the controlling factor. All offerors are required to submit a complete copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
