Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q-0186 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a sole source procurement to ETM Electromatic Inc, 35451 Dumbarton Ct., Newark, CA FAR 6.302-1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24 and DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 335311 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001; 1 each, Interconnection Assembly, ETM-Electromatic Part Number: A30195-000, It consist of various fiber optic cabling, high voltage wire assemblies, water connections, current transformer, and a 480 VAC to 415 VAC peschel transformer and Documentation of interconnect assembly includes build tree information, parts list. Electrical and physical layout schematics. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 6 months after award. Final inspection and acceptance will be at NSWC Crane. Selection for award will be based on past performance and price. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
