Description

This is a modification to CBD Notice dated February 15, 2001, submission no. 50C7R3. The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with labor hour provisions for student support services as required by the Navy Personnel Research, Studies, and Technology (NPRST), Millington, TN. This is a requirement for accredited educational and non-profit institutions to provide student services to support Government research and development projects. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil and this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. The solicitation will be released on or around April 30, 2001.
