All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Note 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 14 May 01. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
