Description

#1 -- Total Small Business Set-aside. American Management, Inc. as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for the provision of demolition services at the property know as Tiffin VOA, owned or controlled by HUD, at 401 Autumnwood Dr., Tiffin, OH Services will consist of complete demolition of four one-story buildings (18 units), excavation of site to original elevations and repair of broken tile of original site drainage. Contractors must submit proposals in accordance with the proposal format in the solicitation. This will be a firmed fixed price award and work is to be completed within 90 days from Notice to Proceed. Cost estimate is between $650,000-$750,000. All parties interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation must request a copy in writing from: AMI-American Management, Inc.
