Description

Furnish all plant, labor, and materials to construct a 14-unit guest apartment building at the U.S. Army Infantry Center Recreation Area, Destin, Florida. Work consists of demolishing two cabins, clear and grade site, and construct a two story guest apartment building (est. 33' X 103") complete. Firm-Fixed Price Contract, unrestricted. Estimated Magnitude is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Performance period is: Phase One (submittals) is from date of award to October 9, 2001; Phase Two (construction) is from October 10, 2001 to April 1, 2002.
