THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. [ENTER NUMBER] TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR ADDITION TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS GATEWAY FACILITY SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to inform potential offerors that there are currently four amendments out on subject project. Amendment 1: 1) Extended the bid opening date to April 11, 2001. Amendment 2: 1) Extended the due date for offers to May 15, 2001; and 2) Advised that another amendment would be establishing new selection criteria. Amendment 3: 1) Establishes new criteria and replaced forms SF 1442 and JA 009 and replaced Sections B through M. 2) Established new pre bid meeting for May 1, 2001 at 9:00 a.m. and extended the acceptance date for offers to May 18, 2001, 4:00 p.m., local time. 3) Included changes to drawings, specifications and new requirements. Amendment 4: 1) Included changes to Wage Decision. *Note: You must refer to the actual amendments for exact detail description of the changes. They are posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Documents related to this solicitation will be available over the Internet. These documents are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
