Description
Provide services on various dates beginning June 9, 2001 to include turnarounds and repositioning of the U.S.S. Constitution in Boston Harbor, Boston, MA. Pilot to locate himself aboard the U.S.S. Constitution during the moves. Pilot must be extremely knowledgeable and experience in tug control while docking and undocking historical vessels, either bow or stern first. He must be prepared to accept guidance or change the itinerary from the Commanding Officer, U.S.S. Constitution. One pilot and one tug boat will be required for repositioning. One pilot and two tug boats will be required for turnarounds (except as specified in Item numbers) Contractor MUST have prior knowledge and experience in towing and providing tgurnaround/repositioning services of the U. S. S. Constitution or like vessels and furnish backup for said kowledge/experience.
