Description

The Dept. of VA, Austin Automation Center, plans a sole source award of a commercial contract to AVW Audio Visual, Inc. of Austin, TX to provide audio visual support for the 2001 VA Information Technology Conference (ITC). The ITC will be held at the Austin Convention Center in August 2001, and AVW Audio Visual is the in-house AV company that supports the Austin Convention Center. This support includes providing the equipment, installation, on-site coordinator and technicians during the conference, and dismantling. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Responses to this notice must be in writing and may be faxed to 512-326-6028 to be received no later than 5 p.m. on April 24, 2001. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
