Description

The Food and Drug Administration, Office of Regulatory Affairs has a requirement for the development of on line training via the Internet for FDA investigators. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. EduNeering, Inc. of Princeton, New Jersey shall develop ten (10) on-line training lessons not to exceed 60 minutes in length. These lessons will supplement the existing self-study materials for FDA_s Investigations Operations Manual. EduNeering, Inc. is the only source which can perform the proposal requirement due to the confidential and proprietary learning management system used to create an on-line university for the FDA under a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). The learning management system represents a highly integrated network of e-learning technologies designed specially to deliver compliance oriented regulatory training over the Internet. All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal, or quotations which shall be considered by the agency.
