Description

1. The reference above under solicitation is an existing Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA). The Government intends to purchase services from Bell Helicopter to test approximately 50 each, Audio Units, Maintenance for KIOWA/ADU to make a determination as to the repairability of each unit. 2. These units are normally tested and repaired by HR Textron, Valencia, CA, under an existing Government contract at Fort Monmouth. These units are being tested for repair by Bell Helicopter since it is the parent company of Textron and has all the required and ancillary equipment to make a repair determination. See Note 22
