Description

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the procurement of 95 items. The items are being procured are part numbers in which the ARDOX Corporation (DBA Scot Division) (13646) is the sole approved source of supply. The items are for spare parts which includes but not limited to sleevers, pumps, diaphragms, impellers, seals, etc. The irems support multiple weapons system platforms. The items will be primarily procured for stock replenishment. However, direct vendor delivery and FMS support may also be required. All interested offerors are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. Soliciation is not available until 15 days after published in the CBD. Specifications, plans and drawings for items referenced by partn umber are not avialable. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This acquistion is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources include (see website or attachment one of the solicitation. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Class(s) -- See attachment one. This acquisition is limited to elgible 8(a) concerns only. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the development or transitional stage. Interested 8(a) concerns should request copies of this solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the Section 8(a) program.
