Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-01-Q0169 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22 and DCN 20001213. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332994. This request is a Sole Source to Dillon Aero, Inc. 8009 E. Dillon"s Way, ScottsDale, AZ. 85260. This is a total small business set-aside. The requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 A quantity of 14 each P/N: DAB4400-4400 round ammo can. CLIN 0002- A quantity of 11 each P/N: DMG100 Trigger/Control Box. CLIN 0003 A quantity of 11 each P/N: DMG 2000-Spade Grip Assembly. CLIN 0004-A quantity of 10 each P/N: DMG 0002, Drive Gear Redux. CLIN 0005 A quantity of 10 Each P/N: DAC3000 Clutch Assembly all of the items are for the MK44 Weapon System. Delivery is 30 days after award, FOB. Crane, IN 47522. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the Agency. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
