Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment for clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation, construction of cofferdam, backfill, and disposal of materials therefrom; stone protection; reinforced concrete culvert; providing a sluice gate and gate lift assembly; fertilizing and seeding; and environmental protection. The culvert will be constructed at approximately Mississippi River Levee Station 0/22+36 on the right descending bank. The estimated cost range of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominant in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceeding three fiscal years not exceeding $17.0 million, or other criteria as prescribed by the Small Business Administration. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Classification 1629, NAICS 234930.
