Description

The project consists of but is not limited to: the removal of existing concrete foundations and utility lines; excavation and backfill for new structures, roadways, parking lots, walkways, and other items; construction of two 12-person bunkhouses (2,588 sq. ft. per each), Washhouse (block bldg. 728 sq. ft.), Hazmat Storage Building (block bldg. 277 sq. ft.), Well House (252 sq. ft.); Ready Room (1,344 sq. ft. plus 288 sq. ft. covered rest area); drill and develop well; construct concrete helipads and walkways; construct, gravel and pave parking lots and access roads; construct concrete fuel truck containment; install septic systems, install utility lines (water, sewer, electrical, telecommunications, fire protection, irrigation); install wooden foot bridge; and other incidental items required to complete the project. The project is located at the Price Valley Guard Station, approx. 3.5 miles north and 7.5 miles west of the town of New Meadows, Idaho, in T20N, R1W., Section 34, Boise Meridian, approx. 6 miles south of New Meadows via State Hwy 95, thence approx. 6 miles northwest of Forest Service Road #50074 to the project site. Est. start date is 7/01/01 with completion by 11/30/01. Est. price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
