Description
Target Acquisition Designation Sight part number 13076000 and Pilot Vision Sensor part number 13080000 (TADS/PNVS). Subject Request for Information about total contractor logistics support for a Performance Base Logistical (PBL) sustainment with a basic one year buy and four one-year options on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for projected award in calendar year 2002. Sources are sought to provide Program Management, Program Integration, Integrated Support Management, Engineering Sustaiment and Support Services, Flight Safety Parts Program, Surge, Contingency Planning and Operational Emergency Support, Performance and Cost Management, Technical Support Documentation, Configuration Management Control, Quality Management, System Safety Programs, Distribution/Transportation and Warehouse Facilities, Depot Maintenance Support, Field Technical Support, Reliability Maintainability Improvement Programs, limited Foreign Military Sales Program, Management Process Support Requirements, Integrated Materiel Management, Supply Support Programs, Inventory and Control of all spare repair parts down to the lowest level. This effort would include all spare/repair parts for the TADS/PNVS domestic buys. Sources are sought to demonstrate abilities to inspect, test, repair, overhaul and final performance test the TADS/PNVS system. Contractors must obtain the necessary proprietary technical data from Lockheed Martin Corporation, Missiles and Fire Control (LMM&FC) Orlando, Florida. Contractors should have logistical familiarity of the TADS/PNVS components, i.e., the original design parameters, specific repair parts requirements and test processes necessary for integration TADS/PNVS components down to the SRU level with the Apache Helicopter A/D system. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) available. The proposed contractor will maintain and provide technology insertion, obsolescence management, depot maintenance plant equipment (DMPE) upgrades and operational proficiency in support of reliability improvements for the TADS/PNVS system. This is an information request. It is not a synopsis for a requirement. Should the Government decide to pursue this requirement, in the noted fashion, it will be synopsized in the Commerce Business Daily. No funds are available for award at this time.
