Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Everest-VIT, 199 Highway 206, Flanders, NJ on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 1 ea, p/n PXLA615A sys insertion tube diameter 6.1 mm; 1 ea, p/n PXT680SN 6mm near focus side tip adapter; 1 ea, p/n XA119S arm kit; 1 ea, p/n PXLm620A sys insertion tube diameter 6.1 mm 0.24 outer diameter; 1 ea, p/n PXT6100FG 6 mm general purpose tip adapter; 1 ea, p/n PXT6100SG 6mm general purpose side tip adapter; 1 ea, p/n XT650SF 6mm far focus side view tip adapter; 1 ea, p/n PXA101 spare arc lamp. These parts are compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment the government is currently using. These parts are also needed in a short time frame for upcoming testing. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Everest-Vit. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard.
