The U. S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick Contracting has a requirement for Jack, Leveling Support. The Government anticipates this acquisition will result in a Firm- Fixed- Price type Purchase Order. Best Value concept will be used for this Purchase Order.Pricing shall be filled in on the Request For Quotation (RFQ), DAAD15-01-Q-0007.The Jack, Leveling Support Specifications are as Follows: 1.Part Number 5-13-4611 2.NSN: 5120-01-246-9259 3.Jack, Leveling-Support. Operation method: Plain screw. 4.FSMC: 5120. 5.Retracted Height: 19.900 Inches Nominal. 6.Quantity: 100 7.Operating mechanism location: Mounting End. 8.Travel Distance: 15.000 Inches Nominal Pin Hole Adjustment Feature: Not Included. 9.Mounting Method: Clevis 10.Base Type: Shoe. 11.Base design: Rigid. 12.Shoe Length 12.000 Inches Nominal. 13.Shoe Width: 5.062 Inches Nominal. 14.Must be able to lift 5000 pounds. 15.Painting requirements are: MIL-C-46168. 16.Items must interface with Kitchen, Field, Trailer. 17.III End Item Identification: 7360-00-138-7782; 7360-01-092-0470, 7360-01-155-6020 END ITEM IDENTIFICATION: Kitchen, Field, Trailer Mounted. All deliveries of the Jack Leveling-Support Assembly will be F.O.B. Destination with 50 shipped to New Cumberland, PA, 50 shipped to San Joaquin, CA. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System is 332212; the size standard is 500 employees. The request for Quotation will be posted on the Natick Acquisition Web Site: http://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 18 Apr 2001. Drawings will also be available on the same web site. Quotes are due no later than 2 May 2001 by 4:00PM Local Time to be considered timely.
