Response date 060101 is estimated Install hot-gas reheat coils, variable speed drives and controls for the existing floor air-handling units and a new dehumidifier for archives room at the Visitor Center at Women's Rights National Historical Park, 136 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, NY. An add alternate is specified for the installation of new digital variable-air-volume diffusers to replace the existing mechanical VAV diffusers. All work will be performed under a single contract. Bidders are strongly urged to visit the site where the work is to be performed. The estimated construction range of this contract is $100,000 to $250,000 and completion time is 45 days.
