- Description
- Construction project is located on the Malheur National Forest, John Day, Oregon. Work consists of excavation, foundation and constructing a 37 foot steel rappel tower with 3 helicopter simulators located on the structure. Quotes will be evaluated on prior experience and past performance, and local economic impact (how the contractor will benefit the local economy). This project is totally set aside for small business concerns.
