Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VA Hospital Tomah, Wi. the services of one (1) Locum Tenen Registered Pharmacist, one (1) Physician Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner and one (1) Registered Radiological Technologist. The medical professionals would be providing services in support of, and working at, the Troop Medical Clinic located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Period of Performance is May 30, 2001 through August 24, 2001. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards. Cost per Hour to be all- inclusive (all labor, supervision, transportation, per diem, etc.). The hours of operation of the Troop Medical clinic are 7:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. The Troop clinic hours of operation on Saturdays are 8:00AM to 11:00AM.
