Description

The intent of this item is to crop out and renew specific bulkhead plating, inspect fitting assemblies, and prepare, prime, and paint all items for the ship's Replenishment/Fueling at Sea Systems. References include Coast Guard drawings and Applicable Documents. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials to accomplish several port requirements and many starboard requirements as well as installation items. The Coast Guard Inspector will perform various tests during the progress of this job performance. Cutter personnel will document accomplishment of this item and results of inspections in the Cutter's Hull History. All of this information is contained in the Request for Quotations, available upon request from Ann Scdoris @ 206/217-6382 or Tim Price @ 206/217-6381 from Friday, 4/6/01 through Thursday, 4/19/01. Bids must absolutely be received NLT than COB 4/19/01 for this casualty repair. Work must begin 4/23/01 and completed by 05/15/01. The COTR will be CLDR Brian T. Ellis 206/217-6821.
