Description

CASS STATION MAINTENANCE Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for maintenance of 3 CASS stations located at Northrop Grumman facility located in Chesapeake, VA. The period of performance for this maintenance is one year beginning 01 May 2001 with an option for an additional year. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin Information Systems Corp. Orlando, FL is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary to provide the required services. The government intends to procure this service under the Consolidated Service Program contract number N68335-00-H-0103. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
