Description

(1) The Naval Oceanographic Office plans to procure two (2), Network Attached Storage Devices, RAIDZONE RS15-R1200 or equal, in accordance with Salient Characteristics. (2) This synopsis for a commercial item is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. (3) Solicitation N62306-01-Q-3063 is issued as a request for quotations. (4) This is a full and open procurement under NAICS 334112, size standard of 1,000 employees. (5) The purchase order type will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and all quotations received by the closing date specified herein shall be considered by the agency. To be considered, the quotations must meet the agency's requirements as specified in the salient characteristics. Quotes on equal product must be accompanied by descriptive literature which may be submitted via fax or email. Failure to submit descriptive literature may result in disqualification.
