Description
The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures Test Program for Commercial items set forth in FAR Subpart 13.5 intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Mike Buckley & Associates, Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The EPA is FACNET certified. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541710. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The RFQ number is RFQ-DC-01-00202. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. Implementation of FAC 97-22 has been delayed until 05/14/01. This requirement has been set-aside for small businesses. Award will be made on an "all-or-none" basis.
