This solicitation is for Vest, Anti-Gravity( NSN:8475-01-316-7750/8475-01-316-9904) and will be issued as an Requirements Type Contract / Indefinite Quantity "Best Value Procedures" with the following quantities: Minimum = 440 / Maximum = 650, with two (2) Mandatory Term Options for Minimum 380, Maximum 600. Military Specifications and Drawings are available. There are First Article Requirements in this procurement. Four (4) deliveries are required beginning 120 days after award and every thirty dayes thereafter. All materials are to be contractor furnished. This solicitation will be issued on an Unrestricted basis to approved sources. The destinations for subject item are Defense Depot Tracy Ca., and Defense Depot New Cumberland, Pa. The award will be based on the Low Price -- Technically Acceptable proposal. The successful offeror for this buy requires Engineering Source Approval.
