Description

This procurement will provide all labor, materials and equipment to install propane gas furnaces and condensing units for 7 Indian Health Service housing quarters at the Northern Cheyenne Health Center. The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, equipment installation, patching and repairs. Please see the attached plans and specifications associated with this solicitation. The location of this project is on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, Lame Deer, Montana. The range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set aside to 51% Native American owned businesses, preference shall be given to qualified Native American businesses in accordance with the Buy-Indian Act (25 USC 47).
